Late one saturday night (early sun morn?), Thomas, Rose and I rallied to make cookies! Thomas and I jammed out while we were waiting for the dough to chill and get them cookin. The jam comes together for sheer perfection in the final 20 seconds of the song…

While visiting the Santa Catalina Monastery, in Arequipa, Peru, I stopped in one of the buildings to do a little singing. The acoustics in these cavernous rooms was incredible, and the property so expansive that there wasn’t anyone else around, the coast was clear! Or so I thought…at the end you’ll notice I get busted, but just by some fellow tourists, some wonderful folks from Belgium, whom I would meet up with for breakfast the next day…(January 08)
I wrote this song 3 or 4 summers back, while trying to get a job at New Seasons Market here in Portland, OR. I was trying to get my resume noticed amongst the hundreds they receive weekly.
(Needless to say, it got lost, BUT a short while later they held a job fair, and I got the job! Well, not THEE job, but AAH job in the home goods dept. (I dont work there anymore though…))
